Information we collect
- Information you provide: If you sign up for the newsletter, buy DoughLogic, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, and payment details.
- Payment information: Purchases are processed by Squarespace Commerce and its payment processor. We never see or store your full card number ourselves.
- Basic site analytics: Like most websites, we may collect general technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
- DoughLogic data: DoughLogic and DoughLogic Lite run entirely in your browser. Any recipe you build or save stays on your device. We never receive it, and a transfer code you generate is never sent to us either; it only moves if and when you copy and share it yourself.
How we use it
To deliver what you purchased, send the newsletter to people who opted in, answer questions, and keep the Site running. We do not sell your personal information, ever.
Third parties
We rely on Squarespace (hosting and commerce), Substack (newsletter), and the external platforms we link to (Instagram, Gronda, Amazon). Each has its own privacy policy governing your information once you're on their site.
Children's privacy
This Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Because DoughLogic is delivered immediately as a digital download, I don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Try DoughLogic Lite first, it's free, so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
The one exception: if a technical error means you never actually received your download, contact [EMAIL] and I'll make sure you get the file. That's a delivery fix, not a refund, and it's the one thing I'll always make right.
