Who we are The site is run by Kneads & Co LLC ("I", "us").
What the tools are DoughLogic, Knead-to-Know, the Bagel Math Toolkit, the cheat sheets and everything else here are tools and guides for home and small-batch bakers. Results depend on your flour, water, oven, scale, timing and technique. The tools give estimates and likely causes, not guarantees. Check temperatures and food-safety steps yourself. Use your judgment and your own eyes.
Accuracy I work to keep the formulas and advice correct, but I don't promise they're error-free. I may fix, change or remove content at any time.
Free and member access Free tools and cheat sheets are free for personal use. Member tools require an account and an active paid membership. Your membership is for you only. Please don't share your login or copy, resell or republish the member tools, their code or their content.
Your recipes Recipes and data you create in the tools are yours.
Memberships and billing
Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout.
Memberships renew automatically each period until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
I may change prices. I'll tell you before a change reaches you, and a change applies from your next renewal.
Content and permissions The tools, text, photos, designs, logos, the AK2E mascot and the fonts are owned by me or used with permission. You can print the cheat sheets for personal use and share links to them. Please don't repackage or sell them.
Affiliate links and partnerships Some links on the site are affiliate links, including Amazon Associates, Gozney Collective, and King Arthur Baking. If you buy through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Liability The site and tools are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Kneads & Co LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for ruined dough, wasted ingredients or food-safety issues, and my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before it.
Ending access I may suspend an account that breaks these terms, such as sharing logins or abusing the service. If I do so without a violation, I'll refund the unused part of what you paid.
Changes I may update these terms and will change the date above. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the changes.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA.
